Delivery and Returns
IMPORTANT NOTE: Orders cannot be collected in person because we hold our stock at external UK fulfillment centres. This does not affect delivery time.

We dispatch orders 5 days a week (Monday to Friday) excluding UK bank holidays (allow one more day for orders received after 2pm)
Orders are shipped via Royal Mail (with tracking) and arrive Monday to Saturday (UK). Delivery days may vary for European/USA countries. Most orders will be delivered directly through your letter box (so that you do not need to be home for delivery). Orders will be tracked. Higher value orders may require a signature.
If you pay for your order using a different currency to your local currency you may incur bank or credit card fees.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Rarely items can be delayed for reasons beyond our control. If your order has not arrived please allow at least 3 more working days before contacting us. If your order turns up in the meantime, please note the franked label date to prove we shipped it when promised and that the delay was not at our end.
If your order has not arrived within 3 days after the estimated delivery date, please use the "Contact Us" page and email us with your order number. Please also confirm your delivery address so that we can check the tracking status.
You can return your (unused) items within 30 days for a refund - no questions asked!
Use our "Contact Us" page quoting your order number and reason for return.
Please note that if you have purchased and opened pierced jewellery, it can only be returned if it arrives faulty or not as described (because we are unable to resell it. We have a strict hygiene/safety policy and will never re-sell opened pierced jewellery regardless of whether it has been worn).
Not As Described:
If an item is cosmetically different then please provide your order number along with an image to email@example.com and we will arrange a prompt replacement. If you consider an item "too big" or "too small" then please check whether the measurements match the description as this would not be considered "not as described." If you would prefer a refund then please return it to us as we will need to return it to our supplier in order to be reimbursed for our loss.
If your item arrives faulty, please send us a picture along with your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange a prompt replacement.
Return Shipping Cost:
We will refund return shipping for faulty and not as described items. Please return your order via standard First or Second Class Royal Mail post and ask for a "Certificate of posting" (this is free and is for you to obtain as proof of delivery - therefore you do not need to send it recorded/signed for). If you email us a picture of the postage cost (receipt) or put it in your parcel then we will add that amount to your refund.
IF YOUR ORDER IS OVER 30 DAYS OLD A REFUND CANNOT BE PROCESSED (UNLESS FAULTY). PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CANNOT MAKE ANY EXCEPTION TO THIS.
